Try These Stretches at Your Desk to Avoid Carpal Tunnel

The first step is to sit up straight and roll your shoulders back. Then lift your arms out straight, with the palms up. Next, use your right hand to press the fingers of the left hand until they are almost perpendicular to the floor. Take deep breaths and hold this stretch for 10-15 seconds. Then switch sides.
